Has your organization talked about an expansion or needed a capital campaign for years? Have you recently received funding that has propelled you into your long-awaited capital campaign?

Launching a capital campaign is an important moment in the life cycle of your non-profit.

Join us on Thursday, July 22 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. EDT, as we host Ryan and Patrick from Paul J. Strawhecker, Inc. to learn what you should have in place and consider ahead of getting your board’s approval to launch a capital campaign. Every campaign is different, every board is different, but it’s important to know what you’re getting into and get your board “on-board” from the start.

During this session, you'll learn from an expert fundraising consultant and one project logistics expert. Learn what planning you need to get in order for success and understand an integrative approach for a capital campaign from the get-go.

Take-aways:

  • Hear from a construction planning prospective what your Board needs to know and understand before approving the project.
  • What conversations you need to have with your Board regarding fundraising for the campaign?
  • Hear how a feasibility study may play a role in your organization’s planning.
  • Understand some of the pitfalls and mistakes organizations make in budgeting for their campaign.
