Megan joined One & All in 2010 bringing nine years of client-relationship experience, as well as her heart for working for a great cause. While at One & All, Megan has managed the strategies and details of her clients’ direct response efforts in addition to leading many digital and multichannel integrated campaigns.

Shawn Lyon, Director of Digital Strategy, One & All
Shawn has over a decade of experience leading digital and integrated marketing campaigns for social impact organizations and high-growth tech companies. He leads One & All’s digital strategy team, that includes subject matter experts in display, social media, email and UX/CX marketing.

A fundraising professional dedicated to using her knowledge and experience to make an impact, Megan started her career at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank as a Volunteer Coordinator 9 years ago. She now shares her expertise from 6 years working with Individual Donors, most recently as they navigated through the unknown of the pandemic this past year.
